XVth ICMDA World Congress 2014 in The Netherlands
From 19 – 26 July 2014 the fifteenth World Congress of the International Christian Medical and Dental Association (ICMDA) will take place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Hundreds of doctors and medical students from all over the world will meet for a whole week of fellowship and reflection. The congress begins with the Students and Junior Graduates Congress on the 19th of July, followed by the Main Congress commencing on the 22nd of July.
The theme of the congress will be SERVE SHARE SHINE, where we will be exploring both our professional identity and our vision as Christians in the fields of medicine and dentistry. We are glad to welcome well-known speakers like John Wyatt, Issam Raad, Florence Muindi and many more.
Besides inspiring lectures, seminars and worship time there will be a lot of opportunity to meet new people from around the globe and enjoy fellowship together. This will partly occur in organised small groups but there will also be great opportunities to socialise during meals, evening programs and free time!
During this congress, we will also take great joy in celebrating the 50 years since the beginning of our association at the Amsterdam Congress of 1963, also in the Netherlands.
